How to choose

What it is for

  1. Stainless lift tables for food, pharma and washdown areas.

Check before you choose

  • Corrosion class
  • Capacity and platform

Not suitable for

  • Where standard painted steel is enough

What we will ask you before recommending a model

Stainless lift table (mobile or stationary) Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
  1. Load mass, dimensions and how it is placed: centred, at an edge, rolled on, point load? Does a pallet truck or forklift drive onto the platform? Rated capacity does not permit any point or eccentric load; edge/rolling loads count as 50 % / 33 %; a vehicle on the platform adds wheel loads.
  2. Platform size vs. load footprint; lowered and raised height; travel; cycles per hour; lifting time? Lowered height decides pit or ramp; travel decides single/double/triple scissor; cycle rate sizes motor and hydraulics.
  3. Material/AISI grade; food/pharma; washdown agents and concentrations; temperature; hygiene requirement; chlorides? AISI 304 may not be enough for chlorides/aggressive agents — check the material of every exposed part.

Typical mistakes to avoid

  • AISI 304 may not resist chlorides/aggressive agents — check every exposed part.

Stainless steel lift tables

In food, beverage and pharmaceutical production the lift table must survive washdown chemistry and shed no corrosion into the product zone — which is exactly what this stainless programme is for. The mobile line mirrors the standard MPS tables in hygienic execution: MPS150S (150 kg), MPS300S and MPS500S (500 kg), plus the double-scissor MPS350DS where more height is needed from the same footprint.

For fixed workstations the electric AISI 304 tables take over: the JHS1800S (1800 kg) as the workhorse and the U-shaped UHS1000S (1000 kg), whose cut-out platform lets a hand pallet truck drive straight in — no ramp, no pit. Outside hygienic areas the standard programme is more economical: mobile lift tables, low-lift and high-lift hydraulic tables. Contact us with your load, height and cleaning regime and we will confirm the right table.

Frequently asked questions

What makes these tables suitable for hygienic areas?

Stainless steel construction (AISI 304 on the electric models) that withstands washdown and cleaning agents without corroding, with surfaces designed for cleaning. State your cleaning chemistry in the enquiry — for aggressive media we will verify the material choice.

Manual (mobile) or electric stainless table?

Mobile manual tables (150–500 kg) lift with a foot pump and double as transport between stations. Electric AISI 304 tables carry more — 1000–1800 kg — and suit fixed workstations with frequent cycles where pumping would slow the line.

What is the advantage of the U-shaped table?

The U-shaped platform accepts a hand pallet truck directly: the operator drives the pallet into the cut-out and the table lifts it — no ramp, no floor pit, no second machine to transfer the load.
