Electric rider stacker with initial lift and folding platform, 1500 kg rated capacity (2000 kg in double-pallet transport) and mast options up to 5600 mm for intensive stocking operations.
Key features
- Initial lift raises the load legs — 2000 kg in double-pallet transport
- Handles two pallets simultaneously thanks to the double-pallet design
- Increased ground clearance for ramps, dock levelers and bridge plates
- Four-point support structure with side tiller and low centre of gravity
- Brushless AC motor with effective electromagnetic parking brake
- Free-lift mast with two side cylinders offers a wide operator view
- Vertical driving wheel: small turning radius, dust- and water-proof motor

What it is for
- Stacker whose support legs lift too — cross ramps, dock levellers and uneven floors while stacking to racking.
- Truck unloading plus put-away with one machine.
This model
Rider/platform: for longer travel distances and multi-shift use; check turning radius. Initial lift raises the support legs: for ramps > 3 %, dock levellers and uneven floors (electric stackers and double-decker pallet trucks only). Capacity options: 1500 kg. Battery: LA/24/240, LA/24/300, LFP/24/125, LFP/24/225. Drive: AC. Initial lift: yes. Folding platform: yes. Power steering: option. Free lift: 1300 mm, 1550 mm, 1570 mm, 1700 mm, 1740 mm, 1800 mm. Fork dimensions: 60x180x1070mm (1150). Turning radius: 1655 mm.
Check before you choose
- Initial lift height vs. ramp/threshold
- Capacity at height
- Walkie vs. rider
Not suitable for
- Closed-bottom pallets (legs go under the pallet)
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Why initial lift: thresholds/ramps, dock levellers, double pallets, uneven floor? Height the support legs must lift? Initial lift solves ramp breaks and thresholds; it is not a substitute for sufficient ground clearance or a proper ramp.
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- Dimensions (L×W×H) of the largest and of the heaviest load? Is the centre of gravity known and centred? The load centre moves away from the mast as the load gets longer; real capacity falls with load-centre distance and lift height (capacity diagram). Tall loads raise the COG.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- Aisle width between racks and the narrowest passage / door? Every truck has a stacking-aisle width (Ast). Compare with Ast, not with the truck width.
- Are there gradients (ramps, slopes) in the working area? How steep (%) and how long (m)? Pedestrian and stand-on trucks are designed for level floors; motor, brakes and drive-wheel traction are sized for occasional short ramps. On a long or steep slope they overheat, lose traction or cannot hold the load.
- How long must the truck run continuously, how many hours per day and shifts? Pallets per hour, distance per trip? Battery capacity and truck class follow from this. Most buyers under-specify on price and end up with a truck that stops mid-shift.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Initial lift solves specific obstacles but does not replace ground clearance or a proper ramp.
