Material Handling Equipment

Material handling equipment: forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, hydraulic lift tables and forklift attachments for warehouses and production.

How to choose

What it is for

  1. Moving, lifting and stacking pallets and goods that stand on the floor — warehouse, production and dispatch.
  2. Positioning work at an ergonomic height (lift tables) and bridging level differences (ramps).
  3. Order picking and internal towing.

Check before you choose

  • Load weight incl. pallet, with reserve
  • Lift height required (rack level, vehicle bed, machine table)
  • Pallet type: EUR open-bottom vs. closed-bottom/CHEP (straddle legs or counterbalance)
  • Aisle width and turning radius
  • Floor: smooth concrete, ramps, gradients, outdoor
  • Shifts per day and travel distance (manual → semi-electric → electric → rider)
  • Battery: lead-acid, GEL, Li-ion (opportunity charging, multi-shift)

Not suitable for

  • Lifting from a hook or beam
  • Lifting persons unless the machine is an order picker designed for it

Material handling equipment

Moving loads horizontally and stacking them vertically — this family covers both. The forklifts and warehouse trucks range runs from hand pallet trucks through electric pallet trucks, stackers and forklifts up to reach trucks for 13 m racking, order pickers for piece-work and tow tractors that pull whole logistics trains. Alongside the trucks, hydraulic lift tables bring loads to working height at the station — low-lift, high-lift, low-profile, mobile and stainless versions.

The right machine follows from four answers: what do you move, how heavy, how high, how far. Send us those four together with your aisle widths and shift pattern and we will propose the equipment mix — from a single truck to a complete warehouse fleet.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start when equipping a warehouse?

With the load flow: what arrives, on what carrier, how heavy, to what rack height and over what distances. That determines the truck classes; volumes and shift patterns then size the fleet and the battery/charging concept.

Do lift tables belong to handling or lifting equipment?

They are ergonomic handling: the table brings the load to working height at a station, while trucks move it between stations. In practice the two combine — e.g. a low-profile table fed by a hand pallet truck.

How quickly can warehouse equipment be delivered?

Simple trucks are stock-oriented; configured machines (masts, batteries, options) are built per order. Request a quote and we will confirm per-model lead times for your configuration.
