Instant shipping estimates, warehouse pickup, parcel, pallet, and oversized freight delivery across the EU for the Delacco range.

Delivery and collection

At Delacco we understand that reliable and timely delivery is a critical part of any business process. That is why we offer our partners flexible delivery and collection options, tailored to different needs and types of cargo. We ship across the entire European Union from our central warehouse near Zagreb, Croatia — one logistics centre serving all our country stores. On request we also deliver to selected countries outside the EU.

Please read the options we offer below.

1. Instant shipping estimate

You do not have to ask for a freight quotation to see what delivery will cost. Every product page and the cart include a built-in shipping estimator: select your delivery country (and optionally your postal code) and you will immediately see an estimated freight cost for parcel and pallet shipments, calculated from the weight and packaging of the goods. The final freight amount is always confirmed in your quotation or order before you commit to anything.

2. Personal collection (Incoterm EXW — Ex Works)

Personal collection at our warehouse is always available to all customers. This option is free of charge and assumes the buyer organises onward transport.

Please announce your arrival in advance so we can prepare the goods for loading and minimise your waiting time.

3. Delivery options we organise

On request we can organise delivery to your address. Note that organising freight is an additional service that is not mandatory; its cost is calculated separately from the product price. We work with proven partners to ensure quality and reliability.

Note for late-added freight: if you originally chose Ex Works (personal collection) but later decide to use our freight organisation, the freight cost must be paid before the goods are dispatched, against a separate freight quotation.

3.1 Parcel delivery (up to 30 kg)

For smaller packages up to 30 kg we cooperate with the courier service DPD, which has proven to be an extremely efficient and reliable partner. Typical transit times from our warehouse:

  • Croatia and Slovenia: 1–2 working days
  • Central Europe (e.g. Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland): 3–4 working days
  • Western Europe (e.g. France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 4–5 working days
  • Northern and Southern Europe (e.g. Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal): 5–7 working days

3.2 Pallet delivery

For standard palletised goods (forklifts, pallet trucks, equipment on pallets), our primary logistics partner is Gebrüder Weiss. Their wide network and freight expertise guarantee secure and efficient delivery.

Transit time: typically 2–6 working days within the EU, depending on the destination.

3.3 Oversized and heavy freight

For goods that do not fit a standard pallet (e.g. jib cranes, larger forklifts, special equipment), we organise transport via the renowned European freight exchange TIMOCOM.

Process:

  • On your request, we post your transport enquiry on the freight exchange.
  • We collect quotes from multiple carriers.
  • We select the optimal offer for you.

Selection priority: when choosing a carrier, our key criteria are reliability, service quality, and delivery speed — not lowest price alone. We want your valuable equipment to arrive safely and on time.

Price and delivery time: there is no fixed tariff for this kind of transport; price and lead time are defined per request. Depending on carrier availability and route complexity, delivery time may range from 2–3 to 10 working days. We will always transparently share the offers received and the expected delivery time before you accept.

4. Made-to-order and factory-shipped equipment

Some of our equipment is produced or shipped for you only after the order is confirmed — for example hoists configured to your specification, or factory-order and group-order items. For these products, the lead time shown on the product page covers production and transport to our warehouse; the delivery options above then apply for the final leg to your address. We keep you informed at every stage of the process.

5. Delivery outside the EU and export customs clearance

On request we deliver to selected markets outside the EU — for example the Western Balkans and the United Kingdom — and offer a complete export customs clearance service.

  • Service: issuing the export customs declaration (EX-1).
  • Service price: €45.00.
  • Important: this service covers export procedures in Croatia. All import customs charges, duties, taxes (VAT), and any other fees in the destination country are borne by the buyer.
