Electric chain hoist — configuration
Every option in this panel belongs to the GIS GP electric chain hoist bundled with your jib crane. It is produced and invoiced as a separate item; the jib-crane options stay outside this panel.
How will you use the electric hoist?
Each duty class has its own capacity envelope: the heavier the use, the lower the rated weight, so a heavier class may pull a larger GP sub-model. Selecting a class lighter than your real-world use voids the manufacturer warranty and risks motor failure.
Save your configuration
Get a shareable link, email the PDF to yourself, and we will save the configuration on our side. We confirm your e-mail address with a short code before anything is sent.
Reset configuration?
All option selections (duty class, capacity, lift speed, trolley, options…) will return to their defaults. Your current quantity and delivery address will be kept. This cannot be undone.

The NSDK is the lightest 270° partial-rotation pillar jib crane in the range: a self-standing column anchored to the floor, carrying an underbraced light hollow-section boom that swings 270° over a workstation. It is built for indoor use, is manual-slewing only, and ships with a push-travel load trolley included.
Key features
- 270° partial rotation on a floor-anchored pillar with an underbraced light hollow-section (profile CII-L) boom
- Capacity 50-100 kg; spans 2-5 m; standard height under beam 3 m, adjustable in 0.1 m steps up to 4 m (above 4 m on request)
- Indoor use only; manual slewing — this crane type cannot be motorized
- A push-travel load trolley, cable pads and a power-supply cable are included in the base price; fit your own hoist or bundle a Delacco RLD manual or GIS GP electric chain hoist directly in the configurator
- Floor fixation by a bolt-down splitable base plate with a chemical-anchor kit
- Grinding SA 2.5 + 60 µm C2 polyester powder paint, RAL 1028 yellow finish (other RAL on request)
- Theoretical deflection under nominal load ≈ 1/250 of (span + height); max hoisting speed 16 m/min
- Complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC

What it is for
- Floor-mounted slewing crane serving a circular area at a workstation or machine.
- Loading/unloading machines, assembly, welding stations.
- Truck loading at a fixed spot.
This model
Low profile: for low or damaged pallets / very low entry height. Pillar/column mounted: needs a foundation or column check. Integrated trolley: check beam flange width. Capacity options: 50 kg, 80 kg, 100 kg. Span: 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m.
Check before you choose
- Capacity (hoist + load) and outreach
- Slewing range (270° / 360°) and pillar height vs. hall
- Foundation: anchor bolts into reinforced concrete
- Hoist type: manual chain, electric chain
Not suitable for
- Where the floor cannot take anchor forces — consider wall jib
Before you order Project product — the final configuration is confirmed by our technical team before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Load weight including hoist, trolley and attachments; heaviest lift? Crane capacity must cover hoist + trolley + load. Do not size by WLL alone.
- Jib outreach (span) and the farthest point to reach? Slewing angle needed (180°/270°/360°)? Radius defines the reachable circle; the farthest point sets the span.
- Required hook height and hall height / obstacles (lights, pipes, doors, sprinklers)? Hook height = clearance − crane − trolley − hoist headroom − hook.
- Cycles per hour, hours per day; manual or motorised slewing / travel? Heavy or frequent loads are hard to slew by hand; duty defines hoist class.
- Floor: reinforced concrete thickness and quality at the pillar position? Is a foundation check possible? The pillar creates large overturning moments; anchoring must match the reaction forces of the specific model.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Foundation and anchoring must match the reaction forces of the specific model — never choose by WLL alone.
- Headroom must be calculated with crane + trolley + hoist + hook.

Base price is for the standard 3 m height under beam and includes a push-travel load trolley, cable pads and a power cable; each extra 0.1 m of height, fixation and finish are priced in the configurator. This crane is manual-slewing (270°), indoor use only and cannot be motorized. Per-span dimensions and weights follow the V2023-A datasheet.
