The RVV1000 with a 1600 mm mast is the all-round manual stacker: 1000 kg on fixed welded forks, lifted to the first beam level of pallet racking by hand or foot pump, on a chassis that is 755 mm wide and turns in 1325 to 1350 mm. The mast measures 2080 mm lowered and 2087 mm fully raised, so the truck is as tall standing still as it is at full lift.
Where it fits in the RVV range
It carries twice the load of the RVV500 with the same mast for 1 kg more service weight, and it is the version to choose when goods arrive as full EU pallets and leave on a rack shelf. If the racking has a second or third level, the two-stage RVV1000 masts with 2500 and 3000 mm lift are the next step; if the 1000 kg limit is reached often, the RVV1500 provides 1500 kg at the same 1600 mm. For pallets that cannot be entered from the long side, the RVV-PV and RVV-KPV with adjustable forks replace the fixed 550 mm spread.
Typical applications
Putting full pallets of packaged goods, beverages, paper and building materials onto the first rack level; double-stacking pallets in block storage; loading lorries and containers at bed height; lifting tooling, dies and machine parts to the working level of a machine. Because the stacker needs no power supply, it also serves cold stores, outdoor covered areas and remote storage buildings.
Design and safe operation
- Fixed welded forks 55 mm thick, 170 mm wide, 1150 mm long; 90 mm lowered fork height
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 20 mm per stroke laden and 22 mm unladen; hand-operated lowering
- Rigid steel mast and frame; metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains; wheel guards and parking brake
- 1000 kg at a 600 mm load centre; check that the rack beam carries the pallet before releasing it, and never leave a load raised on a parked truck

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 1000 kg. Lift heights: 1600 mm. Fork dimensions: 61/170/1150 mm. Turning radius: 1380 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
