The RVV1000 with a 1200 mm mast sits between the low 1000 mm version and the rack-height 1600 mm version: it lifts a 1000 kg pallet to 1200 mm with a mast that is 1720 mm tall, lowered and extended alike. For loading lorries, feeding machines whose tables sit above a metre, and stacking two pallets of goods on top of each other, those extra 200 mm of lift are the difference between reaching and not reaching.
Where it fits in the RVV range
Take the 1200 mm configuration when 1000 mm is just short and a 2080 mm mast is too tall for the doors, cellars or vehicle interiors the stacker has to pass through. It weighs 198 kg, 8 kg more than the 1000 mm version and 16 kg less than the 1600 mm version. The chassis is the same across the single-mast RVV1000 family: 1150 mm fixed forks at 550 mm spread, 755 mm overall width and a lowered fork height of 90 mm.
Typical applications
Loading and unloading box vans and lorry beds from the ground; feeding presses, saws and packing machines whose working level is above waist height; double-stacking pallets of cartons or sacks in a store without racking; moving one-tonne loads through low-ceilinged basements, containers and shop premises where a taller mast cannot be used.
Design and safe operation
- Fixed welded forks 55 / 170 / 1150 mm; rigid steel mast and frame
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 20 mm per stroke with a full load and 22 mm without; hand-operated lowering with the load under control
- Metal mesh guard between the operator and the lifting chains; wheel guards and parking brake
- 20 mm ground clearance under the mast with load, so thresholds and dock plates are taken slowly and square
- 1000 kg at a 600 mm load centre; a higher lift means a higher centre of gravity, so move the truck only with the forks lowered and stack on level floors

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 1000 kg. Lift heights: 1200 mm, 1600 mm, 2500 mm, 3000 mm. Fork dimensions: 61/170/1150 mm. Turning radius: 1380 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
