The RVV1000 with a 1000 mm mast is the one-tonne stacker for places where height is limited: a full 1000 kg pallet load lifted to 1000 mm by hand or foot pump, under a mast that stands only 1490 mm tall. It weighs 190 kg, just 5 kg more than the 500 kg version with the same mast, so the extra capacity costs almost nothing in handling effort.
Where it fits in the RVV range
Pick this configuration when the work is lifting, not stacking: raising a full pallet to the height of a bench, a conveyor, a machine table or a lorry bed. For the first rack level the RVV1000 is also built with 1200 and 1600 mm masts, and with two-stage masts for 2500 and 3000 mm. If loads are usually under 500 kg, the RVV500 with the same 1000 mm mast is the simpler choice; if they go beyond 1000 kg, the RVV1500 carries 1500 kg at a 400 mm load centre.
Typical applications
Production halls where full pallets of raw material are lifted to the infeed of a machine; dispatch areas that load vans and tail-lift lorries; cellars, containers and mezzanines with low clearance where a taller mast would not fit; any workshop that occasionally has to move a one-tonne load without hiring a forklift. The fixed 1150 mm forks at 550 mm spread are made for EU pallets from the long side.
Design and safe operation
- Fixed welded forks 55 mm thick, 170 mm wide and 1150 mm long; lowered fork height 90 mm
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 20 mm per stroke under load and 22 mm unladen; hand-operated lowering
- Rigid steel mast and frame; metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains; 20 mm ground clearance under the mast with load
- Wheel guards and parking brake
- Rated 1000 kg at a 600 mm load centre; keep the load centred on both forks, travel with the forks lowered and lift only on firm, level ground

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 1000 kg. Lift heights: 1000 mm. Fork dimensions: 61/170/1150mm. Turning radius: 1380 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
