The RVV500 with a 1000 mm mast is the lightest and lowest manual stacker in the Delacco range: 500 kg on fixed welded forks, raised by hand or foot pump to a maximum of 1000 mm. The mast is only 1490 mm high, so the truck passes under low doorways and mezzanines, and at 185 kg service weight it is the easiest of the RVV family to push and to turn.
Where it fits in the RVV range
Choose this version when pallets and crates have to be lifted to bench, machine-table or vehicle-bed height rather than stacked in racking. The same RVV500 is available with a 1600 mm mast for the first rack level; if loads exceed 500 kg, the RVV1000 offers the same 1000 mm lift with a 1000 kg rating. The 500 kg rating applies at a 600 mm load centre, which corresponds to a standard 1200 mm pallet.
Typical applications
Small warehouses and workshops that receive goods on pallets and need to get them onto a bench, a machine table or a van floor; retail back rooms and storerooms with low ceilings; maintenance and service areas where a battery-powered truck would stand idle most of the day. The fixed 1150 mm forks at 550 mm spread take EU pallets from the long side.
Design and safe operation
- Fixed welded forks 55 mm thick and 170 mm wide, 1150 mm long; lowered fork height 90 mm
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 23 mm per stroke under load and 25 mm unladen; hand-operated lowering for controlled placement
- Rigid steel mast and frame; metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains
- Wheel guards and parking brake; 20 mm ground clearance under the mast with a full load
- Rated for 500 kg at a 600 mm load centre; travel with the forks lowered, lift on firm and level floors, never ride on the truck or stand under a raised load

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 500 kg. Lift heights: 1000 mm. Fork dimensions: 61/170/1150mm. Turning radius: 1380 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
