Between ground-level picking and full VNA equipment there is a wide band of warehouses that pick from the second and third rack level. The OPS15-BD serves exactly that band: the operator rides up with the platform, picks directly onto the forks, and comes down with the order - no ladders and no repalletising.
Working at height
- Three mast options put the platform at pick faces up to 5500 mm
- Low centre of gravity design keeps the truck stable with the platform raised
- Triple lift limiting - electronic, cylinder and mechanical - backed by a pressure-compensated accumulator with an explosion-proof valve
- Below 500 mm the platform slows automatically to soften the landing
Day-to-day handling
- Electric steering with automatic return and roughly 90 degree swing keeps the 1765 mm turning radius usable in picking aisles
- Height display with timing function at the console
- 4.5 kW AC drive, 8 km/h in both directions, 24 V / 560 Ah battery for full-shift endurance
- Frame and mast are separable and interchangeable, which simplifies major service

Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Picking height: highest shelf; does the operator rise with the load? First determine the picking level, then capacity.
- Mass of goods/pallet per round; picks per hour; forks or platform; container type?
- Aisle width between racks and the narrowest passage / door? Every truck has a stacking-aisle width (Ast). Compare with Ast, not with the truck width.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Are there gradients (ramps, slopes) in the working area? How steep (%) and how long (m)? Pedestrian and stand-on trucks are designed for level floors; motor, brakes and drive-wheel traction are sized for occasional short ramps. On a long or steep slope they overheat, lose traction or cannot hold the load.
- How long must the truck run continuously, how many hours per day and shifts? Pallets per hour, distance per trip? Battery capacity and truck class follow from this. Most buyers under-specify on price and end up with a truck that stops mid-shift.

- Determine the picking level first, then capacity; high-level machines depend on floor, protective systems and procedures.
