The SDAP is a welding reel-holder pillar jib crane for indoor use: an articulated stand that routes welding-cable bundles and suction hoses through its two hollow arms and suspends a welding torch on an optional balancer arm. It carries no hoist and is non-motorizable.
Key features
- Articulated welding reel holder: main arm partial rotation 245°, secondary arm 290°, rotating on bearings for easy movement
- Two hollow arms with a pivot and cablofil between them for clean passage of welding-cable bundles and suction hoses
- Fixed or height-adjustable version — the adjustable version has a hydraulic cylinder + manual pump that folds / unfolds the jib
- Optional support arm + balancer to suspend a welding torch (2-4 kg) at mid-arm
- For indoor use only; carries no hoist and is non-motorizable

To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Load weight including hoist, trolley and attachments; heaviest lift? Crane capacity must cover hoist + trolley + load. Do not size by WLL alone.
- Jib outreach (span) and the farthest point to reach? Slewing angle needed (180°/270°/360°)? Radius defines the reachable circle; the farthest point sets the span.
- Required hook height and hall height / obstacles (lights, pipes, doors, sprinklers)? Hook height = clearance − crane − trolley − hoist headroom − hook.
- Cycles per hour, hours per day; manual or motorised slewing / travel? Heavy or frequent loads are hard to slew by hand; duty defines hoist class.
- Floor: reinforced concrete thickness and quality at the pillar position? Is a foundation check possible? The pillar creates large overturning moments; anchoring must match the reaction forces of the specific model.
