The RVV1500 is the heavy-duty member of the fixed-fork family: 1500 kg lifted to 1600 mm by hand or foot pump, on the same 1685 x 755 mm chassis as the RVV500. The difference is in the rating and the load centre — 1500 kg applies at 400 mm from the fork heels, so the load must sit close to the mast — and in the pump, which lifts 16 mm per stroke under full load.
Where it fits in the RVV range
Choose the RVV1500 when pallets of dense goods — tiles, sacks of cement, steel parts, drums, bagged granulate — exceed the 1000 kg rating of the RVV1000. It is available with the 1600 mm mast only; for higher lifts at up to 1000 kg use the 2500 and 3000 mm versions of the RVV1000. For 2000 kg at 1500 mm the range continues with the RVV2000-KPV, which has adjustable forged forks. The RVV1500 weighs 239 kg, 25 kg more than the RVV1000 with the same mast.
Typical applications
Building-materials and tile merchants, foundries and metalworking shops, chemical and food plants that handle heavy sacks and drums on EU pallets; loading bays where a full pallet has to go onto the first rack level or a vehicle bed without an electric truck; standby handling for a forklift that cannot enter a particular room. Compact, heavy loads placed against the fork heels make the most of the 400 mm load centre.
Design and safe operation
- Fixed welded forks 55 mm thick, 170 mm wide and 1150 mm long at 550 mm spread; 90 mm lowered fork height
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 16 mm per stroke under load and 18 mm unladen; hand-operated lowering
- Rigid steel mast and frame; metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains; 20 mm ground clearance under the mast with load
- Wheel guards and parking brake
- 1500 kg only at a 400 mm load centre — a load centred further out reduces the permissible weight; travel with the forks lowered and lift on firm, level floors

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 1500 kg. Lift heights: 1600 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
