The quick lift pallet truck is the answer to the most tiring part of manual pallet handling: pumping the tiller. Its double-speed hydraulic pump moves far more oil per stroke while the load is light, so a pallet under 300 kg reaches maximum fork height in roughly five strokes instead of a dozen or more.
Double-speed pump
- About five strokes to full lift with loads up to 300 kg
- Above 300 kg the hydraulics switch over automatically to normal mode, so full 2500 kg capacity is retained
- No lever to set and nothing for the operator to remember — the changeover is done by the valve itself
- Overload valve and controlled lowering as on the standard chassis
Where it pays off
- Order picking and store replenishment with many light pallets and short moves
- Retail back rooms, bakeries and beverage distribution where the same truck is used dozens of times an hour
- Workshops that move empty pallets, boxes and part bins between stations
Chassis and options
Two wheel packages are available: ø200 mm steering wheels give an 85 mm lowered fork height, ø180 mm wheels give 75 mm. Forks are 1150 or 1220 mm long and the overall fork width can be 520, 550 or 685 mm, so the truck matches EUR, industrial and half pallets. The second figure in every pair of dimensions belongs to the smaller wheel or the longer fork.

What it is for
- Moving pallets short distances at floor level by hand — loading bays, shops, workshops.
- Occasional use, vehicle unloading, tight spaces.
- Special variants: stainless (food), galvanized (wet/outdoor), scale, low-profile, long/short forks, rough terrain.
This model
Quick lift: fewer pump strokes for light loads. Capacity options: 2500 kg.
Check before you choose
- Capacity (2 000–5 000 kg) with reserve
- Fork length/width vs. pallet (EUR 1200×800: standard 1150 mm forks; long forks for 2 pallets or long goods)
- Lowered fork height for low pallets
- Wheels: nylon (hard floor), polyurethane (quiet, delicate floors), rubber
- Environment: food/pharma → stainless; wet → galvanized
Not suitable for
- Lifting pallets onto racking or vehicles (max ~200 mm lift) — use a stacker
- Long distances or multi-shift — electric pallet truck
- Gradients/ramps with heavy loads
Before you order Standard selection — the parameters above are enough to choose the right model.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- Pallet type/dimensions (EUR 1200×800, industrial 1200×1000, half, display, custom)? Closed-bottom or low pallets? Entry height? Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity: fork length, overall width, lowered height and pallet underside.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Distance per trip, trips per day, ramps? A hand truck is for short level moves; pushing 2 t up a ramp is unsafe.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Pallet compatibility is more important than capacity — check entry height and pallet underside.
