The classic hand pallet truck is the everyday workhorse for moving palletised goods around warehouses, production halls and retail back rooms. It comes in two load ratings — 2500 kg (RPV2500CT) and 3000 kg (RPV3000CT) — and pairs a reinforced fork frame with a fully sealed hydraulic pump unit that keeps servicing to a minimum through years of daily use.

- Sealed, leak-proof hydraulic pump with an adjustable pump cap for a long service life
- Built-in overload valve protects the hydraulics if the truck is loaded beyond its rating
- Three-position hand control — raise, neutral, lower — with controllable lowering speed operated by hand lever or foot pedal
- 210° steering arc and a turning radius from 1216 mm for manoeuvring in narrow aisles
- Entry/exit rollers on the fork tips for smooth pallet pick-up and release
- Strengthened ribbing under the top triangle cover adds rigidity above the pump
- Ergonomic rubber-coated handle with three control levers
- 12 grease nipples on all moving parts make routine lubrication quick and easy
Configuration and options
The standard configuration has 1150 x 550 mm forks, an 85 mm lowered fork height and a 200 mm maximum lift height, riding on ø200 mm steering wheels and ø80 mm fork rollers. On request the truck can be supplied with 1100 or 1220 mm fork lengths, 520 or 685 mm overall fork widths, nylon, polyurethane or rubber wheels, single or tandem fork rollers and a foot-pedal release; special fork sizes (including short 800–1000 mm forks) are available to order.
