The RVV1000 with a 3000 mm mast is the tallest manual stacker in the Delacco range. A two-stage mast lifts 1000 kg to three metres, high enough for the third beam level of many pallet racks, and still measures 2080 mm when lowered — the same as the 1600 mm single-mast version. Fully raised, the mast stands 3512 mm tall.
Where it fits in the RVV range
Choose the 3000 mm configuration when a single manual truck has to serve every level of a three-level rack. It shares the 860 mm wide chassis and 580 mm fork spread with the 2500 mm version and weighs 13 kg more, 305 kg in total. Lifting a full tonne to three metres by pump takes effort and time, so where this lift is needed many times a day an electric stacker is the better tool; where it is needed a few times a week, this stacker does it without a battery.
Typical applications
Spare-parts stores, archives and material stores with three-level racking and low turnover per location; seasonal and slow-moving stock that is put away once and retrieved months later; workshops that keep heavy tooling on high shelves; small warehouses whose electric stacker is reserved for the busy aisles. Fixed 1150 mm forks at 580 mm spread take EU pallets from the long side.
Design and safe operation
- Two-stage mast, 2080 mm lowered and 3512 mm extended; rigid steel frame 860 mm wide for stability at height
- Fixed welded forks 55 / 170 / 1150 mm; lowered fork height 90 mm; 20 mm ground clearance under the mast with load
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 20 mm per stroke laden and 22 mm unladen; hand-operated lowering
- Metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains; wheel guards and parking brake
- 1000 kg at a 600 mm load centre; at three metres the load must be centred and secured, the floor level and the truck braked — never travel with the forks raised

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.

Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
