The RVV1000 with a 2500 mm two-stage mast reaches the second level of pallet racking by hand: 1000 kg lifted to 2500 mm while the lowered mast stays at 1838 mm, lower than on the 1600 mm single-mast version. The mast telescopes to 3012 mm at full lift, and the wider 860 mm chassis with forks at 580 mm spread keeps the stacker stable with a load two and a half metres up.
Where it fits in the RVV range
This is the configuration for stores that use the second rack level without a powered truck. Compared with the 1600 mm version it adds 900 mm of lift and 78 kg of service weight (292 kg against 214 kg) and is 105 mm wider; compared with the 3000 mm version it keeps a lower mast when lowered and weighs 13 kg less. For loads above 1000 kg there is no fixed-fork manual stacker with this lift; the adjustable-fork RVV1000-KPV and RVV1000-PV are also available with 2500 mm masts.
Typical applications
Two-level pallet racking in small and medium warehouses; mezzanine and platform edges where goods are passed up from the floor; workshops that store tooling and material on high shelves and bring a pallet down a few times a day; backup for an electric stacker when it is charging or in service. Stacking at height should be done on flat, clean floors with the load centred and strapped.
Design and safe operation
- Two-stage mast with 1838 mm lowered height and 3012 mm extended height; rigid steel frame 860 mm wide
- Fixed welded forks 55 / 170 / 1150 mm at 580 mm spread; 90 mm lowered fork height
- Hydraulic lifting by hand or foot, 20 mm per stroke with load and 22 mm without; hand-operated lowering for placing pallets precisely on the beam
- Metal mesh guard separates the operator from the lifting chains; wheel guards and parking brake
- 1000 kg at a 600 mm load centre; raise and lower only with the truck stationary on level ground, keep hands and feet clear of the mast, and lower the forks fully before moving

What it is for
- Hydraulic hand stacker for lifting pallets to racks, benches or vehicle beds — occasional use up to ~1 500 kg.
- Small warehouses, workshops, shops.
- Loading machines and work tables.
This model
Capacity options: 1000 kg. Lift heights: 2500 mm. Fork dimensions: 61/170/1150 mm. Turning radius: 1380 mm.
Check before you choose
- Capacity and lift height (residual capacity drops at height)
- Pallet type: straddle legs for closed-bottom pallets, standard forks for EUR pallets
- Adjustable forks needed?
- Mast height when lowered vs. doorways
Not suitable for
- Frequent or multi-shift use — semi-/full electric
- Heavy pallets above 1 500 kg
- Long distances
Before you order Technical check — we confirm a few parameters and compatibility with you before the order.
To confirm the right configuration we will ask you:
- Heaviest load including pallet, packaging and any attachment? Rule of thumb: use at most 80 % of rated capacity for safety and service life.
- How high must the load be lifted — top rack beam, vehicle bed, machine table? How many rack levels? Capacity at maximum height is much lower than nominal (residual capacity). Customers know 'the rack', not millimetres — ask them to measure the top beam.
- Is the load always on a EUR pallet (open bottom)? Or CHEP / closed-bottom / plastic pallets, boxes, or goods placed directly on the forks? Dimensions of the pallet underside? Forks with support legs underneath need an open-bottom pallet. Goods without a pallet load the forks at points and bend them. Pallet compatibility matters more than capacity.
- Lowest passage in the working area (doors, beams, pipes, mezzanine, container, lift)? Ceiling height where stacking happens? Lowered mast height must pass every obstacle; extended mast must fit under ceiling, lighting and sprinklers.
- What is the floor: industrial concrete, asphalt, paving, gravel, uneven, potholes, sharp edges, expansion joints, thresholds, drains? Small polyurethane wheels and no suspension: tolerance for unevenness is very low. Sharp edges cut the PU tread; gaps stop the small load rollers.
- Lifts per day and distance moved? Manual hydraulics and pushing a raised 1 t load are tiring; manual stackers are for occasional use.
Typical mistakes to avoid
- Frequent mistake: closed pallet into which the front legs cannot enter.
- Check residual capacity at height where stated.
