The MPS800 is a heavy-duty mobile scissor lift table for assemblies, moulds and machine parts up to 800 kg. Its 1000 x 510 mm platform lifts from 420 mm to a full 1000 mm, and 150 mm wheels keep an 800 kg load rolling easily across the shop floor.
Where it fits in the MPS range
Above the 500 kg class the MPS tables gain a thicker 55–60 mm deck, 150 mm wheels and a 1000 mm lifting height. The MPS800 is the lightest of them at 115 kg service weight. If loads reach a tonne, the MPS1000 has the same footprint and weight with a 1000 kg rating and a lower 380 mm lowered height; the MPS1500 adds a larger 1220 x 610 mm platform. For 800 kg at 1500 mm working height, choose the double-scissor MPS800D.
Typical applications
Tool shops move injection moulds and press dies from storage to the machine and raise them to the clamping height; maintenance teams transport gear units, motors and pumps; production lines feed heavy sub-assemblies to workstations. In all of these the table replaces an improvised pallet-and-crane handling step with one controlled lift.
