Height under beam (HUB)

Standard height under beam = 3 m. Adjustable in 0.1 m steps up to 4 m; each extra 0.1 m is priced per model. Above 4 m: consult us.

Floor fixation

We strongly recommend our anchoring kit; we cannot be held liable for any other attachment system. The splitable base plate bolts onto an existing slab of sufficient depth via a chemical-anchor kit. Concrete/steel bases are available on request.

Chain hoist

Add a chain hoist to the crane, or supply your own.

Manual hoist capacity

Manual hoist lift

Load chain length (hand chain is always 1 m shorter).

Rotation lock

Stainless-steel pin lock that holds the boom at a fixed angle. NSDK offers the single-position lock only.

Hoist power supply (feeding line)

The hollow profile has the power feed built in: cable trolleys and the hoist power-supply cable are included in the base price — also when you mount your own electric chain hoist.

Additional hoist trolley

A second manual push trolley running in the same hollow profile — e.g. to keep two hoists or a hoist and a tool balancer on one boom. The trolley rating matching the crane SWL is offered.

Rotation stops (270°)

Mechanical end stops that limit the boom's 270° swing (weld-on or adjustable at assembly).

Lockable main switch

Paint system

Standard finish is 60 µm C2 polyester powder, RAL 1028 yellow. NSDK is an indoor-only crane; a specific RAL colour is optional.

Packaging

Standard packing is shrink film for road transport (not suitable for sea freight).

Structural calculation note

Optional engineering document (note de calcul) certifying the structural reactions of your specific configuration. Required by some inspectors and insurers when commissioning the crane.

Delivery option

The NSDK is the lightest 270° partial-rotation pillar jib crane in the range: a self-standing column anchored to the floor, carrying an underbraced light hollow-section boom that swings 270° over a workstation. It is built for indoor use, is manual-slewing only, and ships with a push-travel load trolley included.
