Type of use

Outdoor use unlocks weather-protection options: axis sealing, stainless-steel axis, hoist cover, 120µm C3 paint systems and hot-dip galvanizing.

Mounting kit

Auto-suggested KF level depends on capacity and span. Type A = belts on IPE/HEA/HEB or concrete post. Type C = clamps on IPE/HEA/HEB. FCM = wall mount with chemical anchors.

Chain hoist

Add a chain hoist to the crane, or supply your own.

Manual hoist capacity

Pick the RLD model. Only models that match the crane SWL are shown.

Manual hoist lift

Load chain length (hand chain is always 1 m shorter).

Rotation locking

Mechanical lock to fix the boom in a position.

Rotation stops

Hard stops limiting boom rotation. Adjustable price depends on a-dimension.

Rotation slowing device

Damper to slow boom swing — installs without welding. Priced per arm (161 EUR/arm).

Lockable main switch

20A lockable main switch under enclosure.

Standpipe (3 m)

Standard finish is 60µm C2 polyester powder, RAL 1028 yellow (included).

Sealing of the rotation axis for outdoor / harsh-environment service.

Stainless steel axis

Rotation axis in stainless steel; price depends on the fixation number of your configuration.

Hoist cover (outdoor protection)

Sheet-metal protection clamped on the beam that shields the hoist from rain. Dimensions are adapted to the hoist.

Packaging

Standard packing is shrink film for road transport (not suitable for sea freight). Optional wooden transport support for spans up to 6 m.

Structural calculation note

Optional engineering document (note de calcul) certifying the structural reactions of your specific configuration. Required by some inspectors and insurers when commissioning the crane.
