Packaging Accessories

Strapping and packaging accessories: composite, woven and soft straps, buckles, tensioners and dispensers for load unitising.

How to choose

What it is for

  1. Strapping goods on pallets and bundles: straps, buckles, tensioners, dispensers.

Check before you choose

  • Strap material and width, buckle match
  • Manual vs. tool tensioning

What we will ask you before recommending a model

Polyester strapping (woven / corded / composite) Standard selection — the parameters above are enough to choose the right model.
  1. Type and mass of the package; dimensions; transport; required system strength; width; strap type; roll length; manual or tool tensioning; edges? Strap, buckle and tensioner must be one compatible system — never compare only the strap's declared strength.

Typical mistakes to avoid

  • Strap, buckle and tensioner are one system — do not compare only the strap's strength.

Helpful to have ready: Package mass/dimensions · Surface · Transport mode · Strap width · Existing tools

Strapping programme

Everything needed to unitise loads with polyester strapping, in one place. The consumables: polyester straps in composite, corded and woven constructions from 9 to 35 mm, and the matching wire buckles and seals that form the joint. The tools: manual tensioners and cutters for polyester, PP and steel strapping, and dispenser stands that keep the coil clean, untangled and moving with the operator.

Polyester strapping replaces steel in most applications — lighter, safer to handle, rust-free and tension-keeping on settling loads. If you are switching from steel or setting up a packing line, contact us with your cargo and volumes and we will spec the complete system: strap construction, width, buckles and tools.

Frequently asked questions

What does a complete strapping station consist of?

Strap coil, matching buckles, a tensioner and a dispenser stand — four items, all matched by strap width and construction. One cart carries everything between pallets.

Which strap construction should I choose?

Composite for stiffness and abrasion resistance, corded for strength per euro, woven for maximum buckle grip on irregular loads. Width and strength class follow from the load — see the polyester straps category for the full comparison.

How quickly can strapping supplies be delivered?

Straps, buckles and tools are stock-oriented — request a quote with widths and quantities and we will confirm availability and the delivery cost for your location.
