What are pre-orders?
A pre-order allows you to purchase and reserve products before they become available in our warehouse. Products available for pre-order are clearly marked with the “PRE-ORDER” tag.
This applies to two categories of products:
Incoming Products: Goods that have already been manufactured and are currently in transit to our central warehouse.
Products Awaiting Production: Goods for which the manufacturing process needs to be initiated after your order is placed.
What are the advantages of pre-ordering?
Additional Discount: The biggest advantage of pre-ordering is a special, reduced price compared to the standard price of the product when it becomes available in stock.
Guaranteed Availability: You guarantee the delivery of the desired product and avoid the risk of it being sold out due to high demand.

How does the pre-order process work?
The process is simple and secure:
Find the Product: Select a product with the “PRE-ORDER” tag.
Add to Cart: The price in the cart will automatically be reduced by the pre-order discount.
Complete the Purchase: Finalize the order and make the payment in the same way as for standard products. You confirm your pre-order by making the payment.
Receive Confirmation: A confirmation of your pre-order will be sent to your e-mail address.
Wait for Notification: We will notify you by e-mail as soon as your product is ready for dispatch.
Key Terms and Information
Payment: To confirm a pre-order and secure the promotional price, payment of the full order amount is required in advance.
Delivery Time: For each product available for pre-order, an estimated (expected) delivery time is stated. Please note that this date is for informational purposes and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances in production or international transport. You will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes to the delivery schedule.
Combining Orders: If your cart contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped only when the pre-ordered product arrives at our warehouse. If you wish to receive the available products immediately, please create a separate order for them.
Cancelling a Pre-order: If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us by e-mail to arrange the details of the cancellation and refund.
