DELACCO d.o.o. ships goods to all European countries. Below you will find additional details regarding delivery costs for each shipping country and available shipping methods.
For all orders shipped to Croatia, Slovenia, and some EU countries, the selected courier responsible for transportation and delivery of your order is GLS and/or Croatian Post. If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, please contact us.
For international orders, the orders are forwarded to Croatian Post, which will dispatch it via international couriers.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order. Orders not received by the customer are automatically cancelled, and funds will be refunded to the client’s bank account and/or PayPal account.
DELACCO d.o.o. is not liable for any and/or all damages associated with or arising from transportation, i.e., shipment.
DELIVERY TIME
Croatia: 1 to 3 business days
Slovenia: standard delivery 3 to 4 business days, express delivery – 1 to 2 business days
EU Countries 1: (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, and Belgium)
Standard delivery – 5 to 10 business days – Express delivery – 2 to 4 business days
EU Countries 2: (all other EU countries except those in EU Zone 1)
Standard delivery – 5 to 10 business days
Countries outside the EU:
Standard delivery – 6 to 12 business days
The order will be dispatched once it is fully prepared.
